Marriage License Information
Marriage License must be obtain in Florida for the Notary or Minister to perform the ceremony in the State of Florida. Licenses can be obtained at any courthouse in Florida at the clerk of the courts office and you can get married anywhere in the State of Florida. A marriage License for Al. must be obtained in Al. for a Al. ceremony.
What is needed: - Bride and Groom must be 18 years of age, and both must be present at the time of purchase of license.
- Photo identification, driver' license is required.
- A non-Florida residents, there is NO waiting period.
- For Florida residents: Either a 3-day waiting period or a 4-hour counseling session is required.
- The marriage license is valid for 60 days after issue.
- Licenses cost $93.50
