Marriage License Information
What is needed:
- Bride and Groom must be 18 years of age, and both must be present at the time of purchase of license.
- Photo identification, driver' license is required.
- A non-Florida residents, there is NO waiting period.
- For Florida residents: Either a 3-day waiting period or a 4-hour counseling session is required.
- The marriage license is valid for 60 days after issue.
- Licenses cost around $95.00
